Fit 24 is locally owned and operated by Cari and Nathan Pohlen.  This 24 hour access facility is located in the heart of downtown Minneota.  Our members can enjoy the amenities of our state of the art cardio equipment, cable assist machines, and free weights as well as a turf area and studio space that has battle ropes, agility equipment and many other items to make exercise fun.  As long-term residents of Minneota, we are excited to see Minneota grow and become healthier, one workout at a time.
